Our company does not have any such system.
When are dividends determined?
They are determined on March 31 and September 30 every year.
What should shareholders do to exercise their right to vote at a shareholders’ meeting?
A notification of a shareholder’s meeting and a form for exercising a shareholder’s voting right will be sent to each shareholder listed in the shareholder’s register as of the end of the recorded date for a shareholder’s meeting.
The right to vote can be exercised by one of the following three methods.
(1) Attend the general meeting, bringing your voting rights exercise form.
(2) Indicate your approval/disapproval on the voting rights exercise form, affix your seal to the form, and return the form by mail. (3) Access the internet voting rights web site specified by Alpine and indicate your approval/disapproval with the voting rights code and password provided on the voting rights exercise form.
