Alpine exhibited at the twenty-fifth GIIAS (Gaikindo) Indonesia International Auto Show 2017, held by the OICA ( International Organization of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers) in the suburbs of Jakarta in Indonesia for 11 days from August 10 to 20, 2017. This event is the largest auto show in Indonesia and this year a total of 32 brands and 42 automobile related manufacturers presented exhibits. It was an exciting, crowded event attended by about 450,000 people.

At the Alpine Booth, featuring “Alpine Style” as its theme, a demo car— S-Cross crossover SUV—was exhibited, offering a dynamic sound space for active users, tailored to a diverse range of driving conditions.

A sound tuning contest event using the audio processor PXE-0850 was also held. Event participants praised the application for its remarkable ease-of-use. The booth also exhibited new products such as the iXE-W400E, a 2-DIN mobile media station newly released to the Indonesian market, and X-R series speakers and amps, attracting large crowds of visitors every day.
